One-Stop Custom Service
You do not need to know anything about manufacturing. Send us your logo and tell us what the gift is for. We take care of design, tooling, production, inspection and shipping.
1. Artwork and Quotation
Email your logo (AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution PNG) and your requirements. We reply with a quotation, a suggested size, material and finish — usually within 24 hours.
2. Free Mockup
Our designers prepare a digital proof showing exactly how the finished product will look. You can request unlimited revisions until you are happy.
3. Sampling
We produce a physical sample so you can check colour, size, weight and finish. Sample lead time is 5 to 7 working days.
4. Mass Production
After you confirm the sample, production starts. Lead time is normally 12 to 18 working days depending on quantity and process.
5. Inspection and Packing
Every piece is inspected before packing. We send photos and a short video for your approval. Packing options include poly bags, gift boxes and fully custom packaging.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide by express courier, air freight or sea freight. Door-to-door delivery is available on request, and we share the tracking number as soon as the goods leave our factory.
