How do I start an order?
Send your logo and your requirements to vivi.wang@joycraftgifts.com. We will reply with a quotation and a free digital mockup within one working day.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. We own our production lines, so you get factory-direct pricing and full quality control.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For some products we can accept smaller trial orders — please ask.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We provide a physical sample so you can check the colour, size and finish. Sample lead time is normally 5 to 7 working days.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 12 to 18 working days after you approve the sample. Rush orders can sometimes be arranged — please tell us your deadline.
Which file format should I send?
Vector files are best: AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and our designers will redraw it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), and other methods on request. Our standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment.
How do you ship the goods?
We ship by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), by air freight or by sea freight. Door-to-door service is available if you prefer.
